More Lush Reviews!!

Hello,

Today I'm going to review some more lush products!!! They're quite short.

Twilight Bath Bomb -

This bath bomb turns your bath pink and then blue as it fizzes away. It is filled with chunks of shea or cocoa butter that makes your skin soft. The actual bath bomb has a shooting star pattern on the outside and is a pinky purple colour.

Butterbear Bath Bomb -

This is a limited edition Christmas product but is available all year in butterball - which is the exact same thing but in a ball shape instead of the cute little bear. It has a sweet vanilla scent that I absolutely love. It is super moisturizing as it has chunks of cocoa butter inside it. It isn't a very exciting or colourful bath bomb as it is just white and turns the water a light milky colour. I like to use this in a cocktail, as well as on its own, for it's moisturizing properties.

Frozen Bath Bomb -

This bath bomb is absolutely beautiful. I used it with butterbear to make my bath super moisturizing as well as colourful and smelling great.

It turns the bath a bright blue but I don't remember the scent (sorry!).

The next thing I'm reviewing is the Carrot gift set from the limited edition Easter range in Lush. It is £19.95 and quite big. It contains: Bunch of carrots bubble bar , Fluffy egg bath bomb, the experimenter bath bomb and spring bunny bath bomb.

I have only used two products from this set (and one I only used 1/3 of) and they are bunch of carrots bubble bar (only the purple) and the experimenter bath bomb (it is in one of my old lush hauls and I haven't used the one that came in this set but I have used it before).

Bunch of carrots bubble bar (purple) smells really nice but I can't really describe it (sorry!). Creates lots of bubbles and turns the bath purple. The whole bubble bar is really good as it can be re used a lot and is supper cute.

Here are the pictures of the rest off the products in the set and a heart I made from the packaging:

I also got a sample of Rock star soap. I love the smell and the pink colour. I had never tried lush solid soaps before but have had their shower creams and gels and I am absolutely in love with them. I always use way to much shower gel/cream but with solid soap I use the right amount to lather so it lasts longer.

I also have another product to add to this haul that isn't lush but I love it and its vegan. Its the original source shower gel in mango scent and it smells amazing.

Bye!!!

Last - Minute Christmas Present Ideas

Hello,

This is a collection of six gift ideas to give to your friends or maybe even that one person whos really hard to buy for.

1. Handwritten Letter -

I think this is a really nice personal one if you have a strong relationship with the person you give this to. All you have to do is write down nice things about that person or reasons why they're you're friend or thanking them for anything they've helped you with in your life. You could make it more pretty by using coloured pens and stickers (maybe in they're favourite colours) or include some inside jokes or illustrate it with small doodles. Whoever you write this for will feel very special and loved but make sure you keep it special to them and original.

2. Box of treats -

Find a cute box and fill it with their favourite chocolates and sweets or makeup products. You could add in their favourite nail polish or maybe even some jewellery. You could also get them merch of their favourite band/tv show/ football team / film/ book/youtuber etc

3. Gift Voucher -

This one if good if you don't know what to by someone or you are not sure what they might already have. Just get them a gift card for their favourite shop and they can spend it on whatever they please.

4. Gift Set  -

I think its really nice to receive a box of mini little products to try out and pamper yourself with.  They do nice gift sets in Lush and Soap and Glory have had some nice ones in boots this year also beauticology in boots do some cute ones.

5. Merch -

If you know the person well you probably will know of their favourite band or tv show etc. Maybe get them something they could wear to show their support or maybe an album to watch/listen to and enjoy.

6. An Experience -

If you want to splash out on something for you both to share you could book cinema tickets, a day out in a nice place, take them shopping, take them to a concert or to see somewhere they've always wanted to go to.

I hope this post has given you some ideas for Christmas gifts this year to give to friends. Hve a good Christmas guys!!

Lush reviews!!!

Hello,

As you may know I love the store lush. This post is a collection of different lush product reviews.

The first product is the flowering tea bubble bar.

I really like the look of this product as its like a pearly shimmery colour. I also like the idea of it as its like a tea bag and the flower petals inside. When I used it in the bath it wasn't really my cup of tea (excuse the pun). It makes the water silky and the flower petals are pretty but its quite simple and there's not much colour.

The next product is the yuzu and cocoa shower gel.

When it lathers up on your skin it makes your skin appear yellow but as soon as you've rinsed it off the colour goes. It also smells amazing.

Then its the experimenter bath bomb.

The colours in this are absolutely amazing the colours are beautiful.  In the bath it smells like parma violets (the sweets) but if you actually smell the bath bomb it doesn't really smell of anything. When you come out of the bath your body is sparkly even when you've dried. I absolutely love this bath bomb and will definitely buy it again.

Next is the comforter bubble bar.

Its really pretty and it turns the bath pink. It smells really really nice. To stop bits of bubble bar being in the water use a sift : put the bubble bar into the sift them pour water through it to create bubbles and stir the bath water to make more.

I hoped you enjoyed reading what I thought of these lush products. You can purchase these from any lush store I think but I got mine from the big one on Oxford street in London.

Lush Reviews

Hello,

As you may know I went to Lush in Oxford street a few weeks ago. I decided instead of doing multiple short blog posts reviewing products I will do a few big collective review posts. This is the first one of the review posts.

The first product is Shark infested custard. I didn't get a picture of it because is was melted when I got it out of the bag so I just dropped it in my bath. The water turned yellow and it made your skin really soft and it also smells AMAZING.

The next lush product I used was the milky bath bubble bar. I loved this bubble bar. It was my first bubble bar and I loved the feeling of crumbling it then seeing all the bubbles. I didn't really get a strong or distinctive scent from it but it was fun to play with the bubbles. It also made my bath like a cloudy milky white colour.

The reason I have green bubbles is because I have a coloured light pointed at my bathtub and the silver coloured pipe in the pictures is my shower head pipe.

The next product I tried was the Intergalactic bath bomb. It looks like this:

It made the bath blue when I put it in the bath.

It then started shooting out all these different colours and they swirled around and it looked really pretty.

The water under the bubbles was blue and sparkly. When I got in the bath and all the bubbles had gone it was a solid blue colour.

It did leave this the glitter all on the inside of my bath which I had to wipe and rinse off.

The next product I used was
the bubble gum lip scrub. It smells really good and it makes your lips super smooth.

Hope you enjoyed reading what I liked about these lush products and looking at the pictures.

Bye!!!
